Once Framework, and the Microsoft Keyboard Layout Creator installed, open the file :
Go to File .
Click on Load Existing Keyboard.
In the window that appears, select an existing keyboard .
Select French .
Now, you customize. If you want to change a key then select the corresponding check box, click and enter the symbol you want to use instead.
