There are several ways to perform a screenshot on a Android.

The first, and most common, is to press and hold for a few seconds, the home button and the volume button the bottom of your phone, and to release them simultaneously.

Your screen flash and a camera sound is heard.

Note that it is necessary to press and release both buttons at the same time or nothing happens.

Most versions of Android send a small notification confirming that your screenshot has been saved, others will open directly the photography in your gallery photos.

On some models, like the Sony Xperia Z5, the screen capture is triggered from a menu option.

Samsung Galaxy .

If you are using a Samsung Galaxy phone, you can make screenshots in a jiffy.

Since the Galaxy S6, Samsung has developed the advanced options for the screen shots. You can, for example, capture and scroll the screen at the same time (no need to split an article into 5 photos !).

Many free apps offer this service, you can simply go to the play store and search Screen Recorder.

We tested Mir Screen Recorder and Rec. Screen Recorder of SPECTRL, two free apps that work very well.

Riv Screen Recorder

Once the application is installed, just launch and press Record to start recording. At this moment, everything that appears on your screen is “filmed”. When you are satisfied with the recording, you just have to go back into the app and press Stop.

Rec. Screen Recorder

This application works under the same principle, but you must select the duration of the recording before the launch.
