How to empty the memory, and the cache of an iPhone ?.

iPhone or iPad in slow motion ? Memory full ? Not enough space to save photos ? It is time to do a little cleaning ! In this tutorial, we explain how to clear the cache of your iOS and recover the storage space.

Also, find out how to boost your iPhone with this tutorial.

1 – Clear the cache of the Safari browser.

Let’s start by deleting the cache in Safari, this memory system enables you to quickly display web pages you have recently visited. Note that when cleaning, you will be automatically logged out of the web pages.

Open Settings and select Safari.

Tap Clear history, site data, and then click Delete.

2 – Delete the cache of applications.

The data saved by other applications can also be deleted. To do this, go to the option Use.

Select Settings → General → Storage iPhone.

Then select : Manage the storage.

Among the proposed applications, select the ones occupying the most storage space, such as Documents and Data. Beyond 500 Mb, consider deleting the app and reinstalling it.

Select To Delete. Remove the App. Once this is done, head to the App Store to redownload and reinstall it. Your app is now released from all data.

3 – Reboot your iPhone or your iPad.

Generally, iOS will free up space by removing cached data that roam through the system. However, we think back on an iPhone from time to time also allows you to free memory and take full advantage of your favorite apps.

Press and hold the Sleep/wake button (at the top or at the top right of your device) until you see the option to turn it Off.
For the new generations of the iPhone, simultaneously press and hold the Sleep/wake button and the volume control until the cursor appears.
Select Turn Off.

When your device is completely off, press again on/Standby to turn it back on.

We recommend that you use this method fairly regularly for two reasons. First, it is a very good solution when you don’t know what to delete, the second, it lends itself very well to the older models of iPhone or iPad.

iMobie has developed the application PhoneClean, it is entirely dedicated to do the housework in your iOS devices.
